Wiesława Lech (born October 20, 1946) - Wisła gymnast, participant in the Olympic Games in Mexico in 1968, the World Championships in Dortmund in 1966 and the European Championships in Landskrona in 1969.

She represented the colors of the White Star in the years 1957-1970. Her guardian and teacher was Barbara Ślizowska.

Wiesława Lech has won numerous trophies - she is a three-time Polish junior champion (1959, 1963, 1966) and senior champion (all-around event in 1967 and 1969, as well as floor exercises in 1967).

After getting married, she took on the surname Lech-Czepiec. In 1973, her daughter was born - Patrycja, who later became a basketball player for Wisła and the Polish national team.
